Payment & Refund Policy - Charges @ INR 200.00 per member. If members are less than 125, Min charges INR25,000/- (i) Withdrawal within 2 days : 2% of the advance amount. (ii) Withdrawal after 2 days : Deduction amount INR2 Lac. If deposited amount is less than INR 2 Lac then amount will not be refunded. The minimum deposit amount is INR 2.00 lac for the Organisation having size of 1200 nos and above. (iii) It is expected to receive 90% of the balance amount on or before the date of declaration of election schedule. In case of abnormal situation the 90% of the balance amount to be paid 2 weeks before the date of election. The remaining after declaration of result. (iv) The nominal fees for starting 'register of Members' is Rs 500.00 and is non refundable.
17. The members may quit their membership only by communicating to Organisation Administrators. The individual after applying for membership have to wait for approval of Organisation's Administrators. The 'SE' has no role in registration, approval, or rejection of the member.

22. Due to the nature of our working, as mentioned above, the 'SE' does not stand responsible for any kind of dispute, if it arises, among members , Organisations Administrator, Party Administrators, contestants, Polling officers, Election officers.
23. The 'SE' can deny publication of any sketches/picture/photo/video on this web site and may not execute services of 'SE' to any of its clients without giving any reason.
24. This web site is not for displaying models or for showing non relevant persons. Hence, all pictures that are uploaded or updated by the members and various administrators should be focused on election activities, only. The 'SE' can remove such content/picture without intimating the uploader. The repetition of display of photos showing person or persons will lead to permanent cancellation of registration of the Organisation.
25. If the pics shown by the uploader carries a paid model or celebrities then the uploader is fully responsible for any dispute that arises due to display of such pictures.
Any picture should not show nude or seminude human bodies. Pictures of human bodies wearing lingeries or undergarments are not permitted on this web site.

The Content Display, Moderation & Approval policy : The content provided or uploaded on this website by the member, candidate, Party administrator needs to be verified by the Organization's Administrator. The Organization's Administrator is consistently to maintain uniformity and to bring in standardization along with associated metadata and keywords.

If the payment app or card supplier declines payment the 'SE' is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier or with your pay app managment that payment has been deducted from your account.
6. Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card or netbanking or pay app used for the original transaction as per the refund policy.
7. If the Organisation leaves the 'SE' before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees/charges….
For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the 'SE' to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
8. In case of dispute, it is advised to Organisation to wait for 7 days as cooloff period for making decision to withdraw.
9. Only digital mode of payment is permitted. Kindly do not pay cash to anyone. Non digital payments will not be registered. Pay only through the payment option provided by 'SE' at website.
10. As all other business of the country, we are also subject to change in our operating, maintaining & upgrading cost and hence price plan may get changed in future.
11. The Organisation who is uploading photos for display on 'SE' site must know the details of the person who is appearing in the photo.
12. If dispute arises due to the picture displayed by the Organisation, the picture will be removed by 'SE' administrator. The Organisation has to resolve the the issues with the party or person who raised an objection or dispute. The 'SE' will not play any role in such disputes . The Organisation has to get NOC from such party or person for displaying the disputed pictures. 13.0 Ads will be displayed.
13.1 The display of weapons, banned substances, material, banned mechanised or automised devices or banned activities are not permitted on 'SE'. Such Organisations will be refered to Govt. Law enforing agencies, immediately.
13.2 While mentioning name of the Indivisual or Party do take care that there is no spelling mistake. Such or all names will be deleted, if noticed.
12.3 Language should be English, only. Any picture showing written text in the language other than english will not be displayed. We cannot keep multilangauge experts to decode the texts written in other than English language.
13.4 The Morphed pictures, nude or semi nude picture of humans are not permitted. The pictures showing humans wearing undergarments are not punishable.
14. The display of picture containing nude or seminude human bodies are not permitted. A pently of INR10000.00 will be charged for such misadventure followed by restricting your access to website and then followed by refering the case to the law enforing agencies including cyber cell.
15. The Organisation Member or Administrator has to ensure that the content displayed on 'SE' or content offerred for display on 'SE' should not hurt the sentiments of any Indivisual or community or religion or institute or establishments or organisation or company or government and in such case the Organisation will only be responsible for the affected/hurted party's claim of any nature.
16. The Member or Administrator who is uploading photos for display on 'SE' site must know the details of the person who is appearing in the photo. The administrator of 'SE' may not know all the members, celebrities, politicians or promienent persons. The Organisation has to ensure that a person appearing in any of his uploaded photo must not raise objection of his/her photo.
17. The 'SE' is not responsible for the obligatory content displayed or offerred for display on website. In such scenario, the 'SE' will not pay any kind of charges/royatly/fees/reimbersemnt, etc, to the company/Indivisual with whom Member or Administrator had made the contract. Also, for any copyright voilation the Member or Administrator will be responsible (for the content displayed or offerred for display on 'SE' web site) and not 'SE'. The Member or Administrator has to ensure that the content displayed on 'SE' or content offerred for display on 'SE' site should not lead to any kind of dispute or controversy.
18. The Members or Administrators has to ensure that the contents provided for display is about his legal activities only. All the data provided and uploaded on 'SE' website by Member or Administrator are legal and can be published for the public and every detail is complying the law of the country. Member or Organisation Administrator will be the sole responsible entity for any kind of non compliance.

It is possible that the Members or Administrators had signed or will be signing some contract, thereby get entered into obligations, with other web sites companies or any other companies or Indivisuals. In this scenario the he will be responsible for the dispute if arises due to contradiction of Policies and Terms & Conditions between such companies/Indivisuals and 'SE'. In this scenario the Members or Administrators have to bear legal losses claimed by other web sites companies or any other companies or Indivisuals.
